What You Will Do
As our Data Analytics Specialist, you will:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple digital sources
- Analyze website and campaign performance metrics
- Build automated dashboards and structured reports
- Track and optimize KPIs across marketing and operational initiatives
- Conduct funnel analysis and user behavior analysis
- Perform data quality audits and ensure tracking accuracy
- Translate complex findings into actionable business insights
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams
- Maintain organized documentation of tracking and reporting systems
What We Are Looking For
You might be a great fit if you have hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for event tracking, funnel analysis, and reporting
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) for implementing and managing tracking scripts
- Google Looker Studio for building interactive dashboards and automated reports
- Google Sheets (advanced formulas, QUERY, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Google BigQuery for querying large datasets using SQL
- Google Search Console for SEO performance analysis
- Google Ads reporting and campaign performance analysis
- UTM tracking structures and attribution modeling
Your Technical Strengths:
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Solid understanding of statistics and performance metrics
- Ability to design structured KPI frameworks
- Experience validating tracking setups and resolving discrepancies
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A stable internet connection and reliable remote work setup
