Export

What It Is

Export saves a copy of your work outside Chagible. A whole conversation can be exported as a document, and individual results such as spreadsheets, code, images, presentations and Local Finder lists can be downloaded separately. Exporting before deleting anything is recommended, because deleted data cannot be recovered.

How to Export a Task Tab

1. In the sidebar, select the three dots beside the Task Tab to be saved.
2. Choose Export.
3. The browser downloads a Markdown (.md) file named in the form chagible-exported-20261031-142530.md, which includes the date and time. The file opens in any text editor.

The file begins with the title of the Task Tab and then lists each message in order, labeled User: or Chagible:.

What the File Contains

• Your messages and Chagible’s responses, as text.
• Spreadsheets and tables, written out as tables, one per tab.
• Images and tool results are replaced by a short placeholder line, such as [Image Generated], [Image Search Result], [Website Speed Test Report for example.com], [SEO Tool Report for example.com] or the name of the slides file. Download these items separately, as listed below.
• Messages that failed or are still in progress are omitted.

Downloading Individual Results

• Spreadsheets and tables: Download CSV or Download XLSX in the bar beneath the table.
• Code: Download beneath the code block, or Copy in its header.
• Images: Download beneath the image, or in the enlarged view, which saves a PNG file.
• Presentations: Download PPTX on the slides card.
• Local Finder lists: Download XLSX in Local Finder.
• Any response: the copy button copies its text for use in another application.

Good to Know

• Export covers one Task Tab at a time. To save several, export each in turn.
• Exporting an empty Task Tab produces a file that contains only the title.
• Exported files are stored on your own device. Chagible does not retain a copy.
