The Business Profile is a structured description of your business that Chagible keeps as background context. When relevant, it shapes tone, industry framing, and audience targeting, so outputs such as a launch email reflect your brand instead of a generic business.
Chagible applies this information without restating it, unless you ask what it knows about your business. Every field is optional, and you can leave blank any detail you prefer not to share.
How to open it
Select Business Profile in the sidebar, below Search. The profile opens inside the workspace. To return to your conversation, select any Task Tab in the sidebar.
How to complete it
- Select Edit Business Name at the top of the page, enter the business name (up to 30 characters), and select Save.
- For each remaining field, select Edit, enter the information, and select Save. Select Cancel to leave a field unchanged.
The remaining fields unlock once a business name is saved. If they look unavailable, set the business name first.
The profile contains the following fields:
- Industry. The industry in which the business operates.
- Products or Services. What the business offers.
- Size of Business. Small (1-49 employees), Medium (50-299 employees), or Large (300 or more employees).
- Home Country. Selected from a searchable list.
- International Locations. Whether the business operates outside its home country.
- Target Audience. The customers the business intends to reach.
- Brand Voice. The tone of the brand, for example formal, friendly, or playful.
- Website URL. The domain name of the business website.
- Business Introduction. A brief description of the business.
Writing effective entries
- Products or Services. Name the main offerings in the words your customers use to describe them.
- Target Audience. Describe who your customers are, not everyone who could buy.
- Brand Voice. Use a few precise adjectives, for example “warm, direct, and practical.”
- Business Introduction. Write two or three sentences covering what the business does, for whom, and what distinguishes it.
Removing business information
The Erase Information card at the bottom of the page contains a Remove Business button. After you confirm with Proceed, the business name and all other business details are erased, and you can enter them again at any time. Clearing the business name alone requires the same confirmation, because the remaining details are removed with it.
Sample prompts
- “Write an Instagram caption announcing our new service.”
- “Suggest three campaign concepts for our target audience.”
- “Draft a welcome email in our brand voice.”
Good to know
- Chagible cannot change the Business Profile on your behalf. If you ask it to change a field, it directs you to this page.
- The profile is background context, not a fixed rule. For a different business, describe it in the chat, and Chagible follows that description.
- Changes saved on one device appear on your other devices shortly afterward.
Specific entries produce better results. “Women aged 25 to 40 who operate small online shops” is more useful than “everyone.”
