Introduction

Enterprise Solutions gives companies API access to Chagible so that Chagible can be used inside the company’s own tools and workflows. It is intended for marketing teams, agencies, and any business that wants to put Chagible to work at scale, for marketing or for any other business purpose.

Enterprise Solutions is not part of the workspace, and it has no settings there. Our technical team sets it up for each company, and the Client Relations team is the place to start.

What API access means

An API (application programming interface) is a way for one piece of software to talk to another. With API access, a company’s own systems can send a request to Chagible and receive the response automatically, without anyone opening Chagible. The result can then appear wherever the company needs it, such as a content management system, a customer database, a reporting tool, or an internal application.

In practice, API access lets a company build Chagible into the way its teams already work, instead of switching between separate tools.

What companies can do with it

API access can support marketing work and any other business purpose that depends on language, analysis, and decisions. Examples include:

  • Content at scale. Draft product descriptions, articles, emails, and social posts inside the company’s own publishing tools.
  • Reporting and analysis. Turn data and reports into clear summaries for the people who need them.
  • Research. Gather and organize information on markets, competitors, and prospects.
  • Customer communication. Prepare replies, messages, and follow-ups for a team to review.
  • Internal assistants. Help employees draft, summarize, and find answers in their daily work.
  • Automated workflows. Run a repeated process from start to finish. See Custom Skills.

Which Chagible capabilities are included for a company is confirmed during setup.

Who it is for

  • In-house marketing teams. Teams that want Chagible built into their reporting, content, and campaign work.
  • Agencies. Firms that manage the marketing of several clients and want a consistent way to produce and review work.
  • Businesses in any field. Companies that want AI-powered workflows inside their own systems.

How it is set up

API access is set up by our technical team together with the company.

  1. Contact the Client Relations team through the Support page and mention Enterprise Solutions.
  2. Describe the goal: the work you want to improve and the tools your team uses today.
  3. Review the options with the Client Relations team, who explain how access works and what suits your company.
  4. Work with our technical team, who set up the access and, where needed, connect it to your tools.
  5. Start using it with your team. Later adjustments are handled with the technical team.

What to prepare

  • The tasks you want to improve, such as reporting, content production, or research
  • The tools and systems your team uses today
  • The teams or people who will use it
  • Any rules the output must follow, such as brand voice or review steps

Good to know

  • Enterprise Solutions is arranged with our team. It is not a setting in the workspace and cannot be turned on from User Account.
  • Responses are generated by AI. Verify important facts, figures, and claims before they are published or acted on, and keep a review step where it matters.
  • For a process that carries out several steps on its own, see Custom Skills.

Before you get in touch, choose one or two tasks that take your team the most time each week. A clear starting point helps the technical team suggest the right setup.
