Introduction

Folders group related Task Tabs, for example one folder per client, campaign, or product. Folders appear in a dedicated Folders section of the sidebar, above Pinned and Recent. A Task Tab stored in a folder is listed there instead of in the Recent list.

How to use it

Create a folder

  1. Select the three dots beside a Task Tab that contains at least one message.
  2. Select Move, then New Folder.
  3. Enter the folder name when prompted and confirm.

The folder is created, and the Task Tab moves into it. You can create up to 30 folders, and a folder name can contain up to 60 characters.

Move a Task Tab into a folder

  1. Open the three-dot menu of the Task Tab and select Move.
  2. Select a folder from the list.

To take a Task Tab out of its folder, select Home in the same list. To leave without moving anything, select Back to return to the previous menu.

Open a folder

Select a folder in the sidebar to see the Task Tabs it contains. The folder name appears at the top of the list with a back arrow. Select it to return to the main list.

Rename a folder

  1. Select the three dots beside the folder.
  2. Select Rename and edit the name.

Delete a folder

  1. Select the three dots beside the folder.
  2. Select Delete Folder.
  3. Confirm the prompt.

The Task Tabs inside the folder are not deleted. They return to the Recent list.

Good to know

  • Pinning and folders work independently: pins give quick access, and folders give structure.
  • Folders belong to your account and appear on your other devices.
  • Search covers every Task Tab, including those stored in folders.

Create a folder as soon as a project has more than two or three conversations. Organizing is much easier while the list is short.
