Most issues in Chagible have a simple cause and a quick remedy. Each topic below begins with the most likely causes and the fastest way to resolve them, and these checks resolve most cases. AI works by prediction, so an occasional unexpected result is part of using it. When a result is not what you expected, work through the checks and send or rephrase the request again. If the problem continues, contact the Support Team through Get Help in User Account and include the request that produced the result. Your examples help us improve Chagible for everyone.
No response
When a request receives no reply, or the reply stops early, the cause is usually one of the following:
- Connection. An unstable or interrupted internet connection can prevent a response from arriving. Check the connection and send the request again.
- Daily credits. When the daily allowance is used, new requests cannot proceed until credits replenish. Open Usage Statistics in User Account to see your balance and the time of the next reset. See Plans and Credits.
- Stop. Selecting the Stop button ends a response early.
- Another Task Tab. A response that is still being written when you switch to another Task Tab continues and is saved in the original Task Tab. Return to it to read the full reply.
- Focus Sheet or Voice Mode. Inside Focus Sheet, the chat is used only to edit the spreadsheet, and during a Voice Mode session, the message box is locked. Exit either one to use the standard chat.
- Attachments. A message can carry up to 3 files in the supported formats, and files cannot be attached while a response is being written. See File Uploads.
- A clarifying question. If a request is ambiguous, Chagible may reply with one short question instead of an answer. Answer it, and the work continues.
- Browser extensions. Ad blockers and privacy extensions can interfere with a web page. Pause them for Chagible, or try another browser.
If none of these applies, refresh the page and send the request again. Your Task Tabs are saved to your account, so earlier messages remain. If a request repeatedly receives no reply, contact the Support Team through Get Help in User Account.
No search results
The explanation depends on where the search was made.
Search in the sidebar
- Search matches words that were actually written in Task Tab titles and messages. A message that contains only an attached image or file name is not returned.
- Check the spelling, then try a shorter or different term. “Rebrand” works better than a full sentence.
- Deleted conversations cannot be found, because deleted data is permanently removed.
Web Search, Image Search, and Video Search
- State the subject, the time frame, and the purpose, or the exact artist and title for a video. A specific request returns a specific result.
- A photograph that cannot be loaded is omitted, so the text of the response is complete and the image is missing. Ask again with a more specific description.
- If a video is unavailable, Chagible tries another search. State the preferred version, such as official or live.
- These searches are not available inside Focus Sheet. Exit Focus Sheet first.
Local Finder
- Include the type of business and the country. Not every country is covered.
- Fewer than 10 businesses may be returned when no further matching businesses could be found. Broaden the business type or the area and search again.
If a search still returns nothing for a subject that you know exists, contact the Support Team through Get Help in User Account and tell us what you searched for. Examples help us improve how Chagible finds information.
No image generated
Creating an image takes longer than writing a reply, so a progress indicator such as Visualizing... or Processing... appears first. If no image arrives, check the following:
- The subject is real. A request for a real, identifiable person, place, brand, or product is handled as an image search, so Chagible may return a photograph or ask a question. To create an original, describe an invented or generic subject. See Image Search and Image Generation.
- The description is open-ended. A request such as “make an image” gives little to work with. Describe the subject, the style, the lighting or mood, and the aspect ratio. Chagible may ask one short question to confirm.
- Text inside the image. Chagible confirms the exact wording and placement before creating the image. Reply to confirm.
- Slides, presentations, or code. These are not converted into images. For slides, use Slides Maker.
- Focus Sheet. Images cannot be created while Focus Sheet is open. Exit it first.
- Credits. Creating or editing an image uses more credits than a standard message. Check Usage Statistics in User Account.
- The request itself. Some requests cannot be fulfilled. See Request Refusal.
If everything above is in order and no image appears, send the request again with a slightly different description. Image creation is a demanding task, and an attempt can occasionally fail. If it keeps happening, contact the Support Team through Get Help in User Account and include the description you used.
Gibberish response
A response that is garbled, mixed in language, cut off, or unrelated to the request usually points to one of these causes:
- An interrupted connection. A connection that drops during a response can leave the text incomplete or scrambled. Send the request again, or write “Please continue from where you stopped.”
- An unclear or contradictory request. Conflicting instructions, or a long message that covers several topics, are harder to follow. State the goal in one sentence, add the details afterward, and divide a large request into steps.
- Language. Name the language of the reply, for example “Reply in English,” particularly when the request mixes languages.
- Unreadable input. Pasted text with unusual characters, or a file whose content is damaged, can confuse the result. Paste plain text or attach a different copy of the file.
- Mixed topics. Keep each project in its own Task Tab so that earlier topics do not influence the answer.
Occasional unclear output can happen with AI, and it does not indicate a problem with your account or your request. If a response reads as nonsense, contact the Support Team through Get Help in User Account and include the request that produced it. Each example helps us make Chagible clearer.
Stuck process
Some tasks take longer than a standard reply: creating an image, building slides, running a speed test or an SEO report, searching for businesses, and researching the web. A progress indicator such as Visualizing..., Processing..., or Researching... shows that the work is under way. If a process appears stuck:
- Allow a short time. These tasks take noticeably longer than a text answer.
- Check the connection. A paused connection looks the same as a slow task.
- If there is still no progress after a reasonable wait, select Stop and send the request again.
- Refresh the page. Your Task Tabs are saved to your account, so earlier messages remain, and you can send the unfinished request again.
- Retry with the fix that matches the task:
- A slides download that shows “Could not build. Tap to retry.” can be retried by selecting it.
- If the Website Speed Tester reports high demand, try again a little later.
- In Focus Sheet, if an edit could not be applied, rephrase the instruction and refer to columns and rows explicitly.
A stalled task is usually temporary. If one stalls repeatedly, contact the Support Team through Get Help in User Account and include the request you used so that we can improve how Chagible handles it.
Wrong information
Chagible is built to give specific and practical answers, but it is an AI, and it can occasionally state something that is out of date, incomplete, or incorrect. That is why you should always verify important facts, figures, and claims before you publish or act on them. To get a more accurate answer:
- Request current information. Ask Chagible to search the web for the latest facts, prices, or updates. See Web Search.
- Provide context. State the business, the market, the location, and the time frame, and complete the Business Profile so that answers reflect your situation.
- Attach the source. For figures from a report or spreadsheet, attach the file so that Chagible reads the actual data. See File Uploads.
- Correct it in the chat. State what is wrong and what is right. Chagible applies the correction in the same Task Tab.
- Ask for the source. Request the link or the basis for an important claim, and then check it.
A correction applies only within the Task Tab in which you made it. If a response remains wrong after these steps, contact the Support Team through Get Help in User Account and include the correct information if you have it. Examples like this help us improve Chagible.
Keep the request that produced an unexpected result in the same Task Tab. The conversation shows exactly what was asked, which makes any issue easier to understand and to resolve.
