User Account
Manage your profile, plan, daily usage, and privacy preferences in one place.
Introduction
User Account is the personal settings page of Chagible. It brings together your profile details, plan, daily credit usage, privacy preferences, support access, and data controls in one place. The page opens inside the workspace, beside the sidebar, so the rest of your work stays close at hand.
How to open it
- Find your name and plan at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Select your name. The User Account page opens beside the sidebar.
- To return to a conversation, select any Task Tab or New Task Tab.
Available settings
Name
Select Edit Name, enter the new name, and select Save. Select Cancel to keep the existing name. The new name appears in the sidebar immediately. If a name is not accepted, a short message appears and you can enter another one.
Email address
Your email address is shown with a verified badge. It cannot be changed, because your access codes are sent to it.
Phone number
A phone number is optional. Select Add Phone Number, select the country code from the list (type to search by country), enter the number, and select Save. To change a saved number, select Edit.
Current plan
This card shows your active plan. Upgrade Plan opens the Pricing page. On a paid plan, Cancel Paid Plan is also available, and it explains that plan changes are handled by the Support Team. See Plans and Credits.
Usage statistics
Usage Statistics shows the credits you have left out of your daily allowance, as a number and a progress bar, together with the time until the next reset, for example “Resets in 5 hours.” Check this card before you start a credit-intensive task such as a presentation or an image.
Marketing communications and model improvement
Each setting offers a Yes and a No option, and your choice takes effect immediately. Marketing Communications controls whether you receive marketing emails or SMS messages about events and promotions, in addition to important product updates. Model Improvement controls whether anonymized, randomly selected chats may be used to improve the AI models.
Useful links, support, and sign out
Useful Links lists the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Get Help opens the Support page. Sign Out, at the bottom of the page, ends the session on the current device.
Delete all conversations and account deletion
These two cards are marked in red because their actions cannot be undone. They are described in Delete Data and Account Closure.
Good to know
- Changes to your name, phone number, or plan appear on your other signed-in devices shortly afterward.
- Credits reset on a rolling 24-hour cycle, not at midnight.
Enter the name you want Chagible to call you. It appears in the sidebar and may be used in Chagible’s responses.
