Voice Mode

Introduction

Voice Mode is a live spoken conversation with Chagible. You speak, Chagible replies aloud, and both sides of the exchange are written into the chat as ordinary messages in the same Task Tab. You can review, scroll, and copy the conversation like any other.

Voice Mode is included in the Pro and Ultra plans. On Basic and Plus, the microphone button opens a message that says so, with Close and Upgrade buttons.

How to use it

1. Open the Task Tab in which you want the conversation to take place.
2. Select the microphone button in the message area. On a computer it follows the attach button, and on a phone it follows the camera button.
3. Allow microphone access when your browser asks.
4. Begin speaking.
5. To end the session, select the waveform button.

While Voice Mode is active, the microphone button changes to a moving waveform, and the message box and attach buttons are locked.

What can be done by voice

Nearly everything you can type, you can say. Chagible answers brief questions directly and handles larger requests with the same capabilities as written chat. Anything that must be seen, such as a video, link, image, table, draft, slides card, or report, appears in the chat while Chagible describes it aloud. Supported tasks include:

• Searching the web and finding videos or songs
• Writing and brainstorming
• Creating images and presentations
• Running a website speed test or an SEO report

For searches, see Web Search and Video Search. Working inside Focus Sheet is not available by voice.

• “Help me brainstorm names for a coffee subscription box.”
• “Find the latest video from a competitor’s channel.”
• “Create an image of a modern cafe for social media.”
• “Ask me questions to build a launch plan for an online course.”

Good to know

• A session lasts up to 15 minutes. About 20 seconds before the limit, Chagible announces that the session is ending. Select the microphone again to continue.
• A session ends automatically after about 2 minutes of silence.
• A session belongs to the Task Tab in which it started. Starting a new Task Tab, opening another one, deleting the current one, opening Focus Sheet, or refreshing the page ends it.
• Voice can be active in only one browser tab or device at a time.
• Voice Mode uses more credits than a standard message. Check Usage Statistics in User Account.
• If the microphone is blocked, allow microphone access for the site in your browser settings and try again.
